History

Year by year, the need for paper is increasing, while the timber resources it is made from are falling off. The use of recyclables to make paper is one of the major solutions to this problem. This is the reason why EcoLiner LLC construction project was included into the Voronezh Region register of critical projects. It was a greenfield project (delivered from the scratch) and it was implemented through the credit facility of Central Black Earth Bank of Sberbank. At the moment, EcoLiner LLC is a developing company of Voronezh engaged in wastepaper recycling, fluting and liner production. The company has the highest energy efficiency rating (A), which proves our capabilities of both sustainable use of natural resources and cost effectiveness.

The construction of the plant started in 2011, and on 16 April 2014, the paper-making machine (PMM) was put into operation. The plant uses the Italian PMM made by Carcano and other equipment of European leaders: computer-aided manufacturing based on Siemens equipment, Voith gluing press, Valmet and Papcel multilevel cleaning system.

PMM speed: 500 m/min.
PMM width: 2,500 mm.
PMM target performance: 60 ths. tons of paper per year.

The main raw material for production is MS-5B wastepaper. Wastepaper acceptance is carried out according to GOST R 10700-97.

The company is constantly developing and improving its production facilities.

In January 2016, the company modernized the existing equipment.

In 2017, the company approved the investment plan for further modernization of the production facilities.
